Richagain,

Checked with Delaware SOS and they charge a $30 fee for more than initial information on KING. The 8K and the O/S information seem to be the latest. The Delaware SOS shows the corporation date as 1995 and not in good standing but IMHO the 8K supersedes that and having Joseph Meuse take over and the debts paid and being paid per the 8K by former officers helps my risk reward ratio.
