Well you have to consider the manipulation that's going on...for the past month we've repeatedly documented that the MMs are posting buys as sells, which indicates they are intentionally depressing the price.

For what? Probably, in anticipation of what they know is coming (some sort of a run). Additionally, keep in mind that throughout this time we have not fallen to no bid, and there has been consistent buying going on.

The company knows that the audit and Q1 fins are their "meat and potatoes" so to speak, and will show their financial progress so far - something like that can't be rushed.

Anyone familiar with the complexities of the auditing process should not have been surprised by the delay - predicting an exact date for something like that is nearly impossible.
