What's going on here is a back-and-forth HCPC game where neither side can PROVE what they think.
The bashers have time on their side (until, of course, the company puts out a PR. Then they all seem to disappear.)
What's rediculous is that so many people who supposedly have no stake in this stock choose to come back for months to bash. I have seen this happen often in the past - and almost always it happens with stock that have great potential and go on to make runs (because if a stock really was a POS, why waste time bashing it).
