Well if in fact that is their motive then they better start with the whopper/fluff PR's to sell those shares--- along with many shareholders who are stuck in this and wanting to get out. I just don't see how they are going to generate the volume for people to buy all these shares at these levels with any sort of positive PR. Kinda strange increasing the AS at this PPS level instead of an R/S??? Why would any company intend to dump boat loads of shares at this level? Doesn't make sense to me.
