OK I will slow thing down for people the company is reducing the O/S to reduce the A/S when the O/S is NORMALLY REDUCED it is by a reverse split not the return of shares...The share when issued in March as per a post in the 26,000's are all restricted and to the CEO so those share where never in danager of being part of the float therefore NO DILUTION can't make it any simpler...Other then flippers you didn't know anything....
