Hey richie I believe that if what gia has said about steve becoming the COO and a new CEO is put in place and we merge with this larger company and I would assume their CEO will be named the new CEO, that RON will not have much say so anymore. We at that part are the smaller company mergering with them and they are the controlling parties. I doubt Ron will be able to try what he did this time. Beside if as she said this larger company has the funding, the capital, and the know-how to get this product out there, then Ron is just a large shareholder and sits back and waits on returns with no input as to the company operations. I would also believe the XND tech will also be part of the merger and we become a new company all together. Besides this company is in the liquid pharmacutical industry and already has connections with markets like GNC, etc so provided everything goes well on 16 and 17 JUN I believe all of us longs will be in for a good ROI. IMHO
