The issue right now is how investors are treated once they go to market. The companies already are claiming steep expenses from litigation. Logical to predict that would be NUBV as well as XND. So the question on everyone's lips is will Ron Touchard do a R/S?
Apparently he has a history of doing so. Then again if this does make it to market both companies will be swimming in revenue. So the key question is what does Ron Touchard intend to do about the share structure. Will he be as ruthless as before or will he try and raise money through the market by allowing the share price to rise?
It's a sticky question on one hand he has a history of R/S dilution on the other hand NOW is the time for NUBV to shine so he could let it run up and make cash back that way. Sounds like he got a truck load of shares in settlement so if he allows the stock price to flourish he stands to appreciate capital HANDSOMELY. This is what NUBV investors need to know and hopefully what NUBV will disclose in the conference call.
