ITs all restricted all 320 mill if it is issued to him its is restricted which means since the company is not reporting even if he sold it all to someone else they would have the restriction for one year...Oh and they can't get the legend removed until the company files all its oustanding reports do some homework...Oh yeah the company has 300 mill in its hand DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
