More confusion I see the Float, O/S and A/S all different animals my friend you can have 100 million oustanding and only 5 million in the float cancel 70 million you still have the same float, reduce the authorized and you can still have the same float and the same O/S...I believe this is being done because the only reason in is this high is due to a pending sale of the shell in 2006 that never happened and he received a lot of email asking him to reduce the A/S and in order to do that he needs to reduce the O/S...but the float remains the same...the only difference is the O/S shares that are tacking and being canceled NOW cannot come in the market...
