That doesn't make sense at all...explain how he is selling shares? What shares? in order for him to sell shares the company Needs one to be current in filings or the company needs to become a non reporting entity...He can't file an S8 and if there are shares available from any previous S8 (which the last one was filed in 2005) they can't be issued until the company becomes current...If they go non reporting those shares can never be issued the S8 is cnaceled...SO I ask explain yourself...Oh and one last thing I forgot the share may not be reduced but they haven't increased either...
