How can someone claim dilution when Matt was very clear and specific in his PR that the OS will be 59 million and AS 90 million? Plus he's identified the specific cert number. If that doesn't happen, he's just violated SEC law.

Secondly, when you look at the charts, it shows heavy accumulation.

Am I missing something here? Yes the pps hasn't gone nuts, but just watch what happens when the cancellation and retirement is posted with the TA.
