A court appointed civil rights lawyer is just what Plant needed. Like I said and is evident by the appointment, the case was botched from the get go.

Another fact, cases such as this defense expenditures are horrendous with no recovery against the federal government if found innocent. Why not use Federal Money to defend yourself? Wasn't the friend you spoke of trying to point out to you governmental ignorance by selling them back there own building?.....Learn from example, its not the first time Feds have sent up smoke signals up someones tailpipe!!!!!!

Using fed money seems to be the popular defense tactic and a smart decision made either way it goes, government paying for the Plantiff and the Defendant, win or lose!!!!!!!

Check it out, it's been one year and CyberKey Solution is still in business. How many said it would be bankrupt by now!!!!!!!

So much for one of CyberKey's suppliers though, who is now toast!!!!

Has anyone here been called up to testify? Oh that's right the records have now been sealed!!!!!!
