Is the design win for SlimChip™ anticipated to be in the Apple 3G iPhone?

Since Apple's announcement is only days away and since Interdigital has been limited by Apple in its PR's, I suspect that the design win referenced by management is with Apple. Once Apple takes the stage to make their announcements, then Interdigital will be free to make their design win known as well. IMO
