Potential shareholder meeting questions-

Unfortunately, I'll be missing my first ASM in about a half dozen years, but I did have a few questions that I'm hoping someone can pose.

During Q&A
* The revised S-3 calling for about $6 million less in funding needed to run operations over next 12 months vs. the one just 6 weeks earlier. Can Steven elaborate.

* The 1000+ kits given to prospects and the 20-40 prospects entering stage two of interest. Can he discuss progress as well as realistic trial to buy cycles for average size prospects?

* Status of 3-4 major TPM upgrade prospects that he expected to be closed by early q1 -- still alive, or went another route? (not sure how honest he would be if it were the latter)

* Serious competition - What does he see as Wave's lead - is it increasing or decreasing? (previously I believe he said Wave had a 1 1/2 year advantage)

During post Q&A informal talks
* Taglich mentioned multiple PP's still needed going forward. Does Wave concur?

* (Just for fun) Last year, immediately after the formal session, a small group of us, AWK and Weets included, were talking with Steven when someone came by, pointing to the Dutton Report, and asked if Steven felt the share price would be at reach $4 in 12 months as forecasted (It was in the $2-2.50 range at the time) We all laughed at this naive guy and Steven joined in, saying, if you believe that's all Wave will be at in 12 months, then you really don't understand this space and Wave's role in it. Fast forward 12 months later, with Taglich replacing Dutton, and 12 months worth of significant growth in TPM delivery and enterprise awareness of it, and the new 12 month forecast is now $1.25 (which we've practically reached already). I'd be curious to hear his comments on the current Taglich forecast in light of last year's conversation.
