All of your post sound reasonable! I just can't figure out why Plant would refuse a plea. I also can't figure out why this company is still in business. I sent an e-mail to Investor Relations, and I actually received a reply! Why are they still open if all is lost? Maybe I am just hoping against hope, but nothing about this case makes sense. Only a moron would publicize a phony contract to a government agency! I can't imagine anyone is his/her right mind releasing PR after PR stating the company had a contract with the Department of Homeland Security.

Again, I am not refuting any of your claims. I am nothing more than a novice investor who saw Cyberkey as a potentially booming investment opportunity that went sour. I have never met Plant.
