There are/were actually three suits between USSE and ONYI. Two in federal court and one in Adams Co Distric Court. The one in MN Federal was dismissed on jurisdictional grounds (a deal made in MS and Iowa but suing in MN didn't work). The other Federal suit was in MS and was filed by USSE in an attempt to move the MN case to MS based on the same jurisdictional issues that got the MN case dismissed.

When the MN case was dismissed, the MS case became moot since it was attempting to move a case that no longer existed. ONYI is welcome to file again in MS but I have no idea whether or not they will. So two down.

The Adams county case is still alive but no activity since 11/7/07.
