it would serve a purpose of subliminally sending the message to NOK and Samsung that "We CAN hold out for the right deal"


I think Nokia and Samsung are very aware what is in the 3G iphone. IDCC does not need to send any message to Nokia and Samsung. They already know.

It is the investment community who have to be sent the message.
