I will be calling Rick today, I for one as a holder since sept 14 want to know why this turned from a 2.3 billion to a 16 billion stock. The differance would have generated over 2.7 million dollars if fully used at a price of .0002. It states on all the files that the par value is .001, so this really would have generated over 13 million dollars. The 1st number alone should be plenty to fund this 5 person opperation for at least 2 years. This is a blotted pig .... IMO . WE ALL DESERVE ANSWERS or they should be reported , again , to the FBI
