Heres what I have heard.

The company is broke no $$$

The CEO is a joke.

The CEO's cousin is a joke.

Firefly is infringing on our patents but nobody cares in management.

We own Sentry a company not worth a round of beer.

Basically we have been sold down the river. IMO
