You have asked multiple questions on here when the answers are readily available. Why not do you own DD?

When the board doesn't answer, it's probably a safe bet that either 1) We don't know or 2) The people who would have an answer are not around to read your post.

If you are too uncomfortable with this (and you do seem to be quite uncomfortable) why not just sell?
