I disagree.
I highly doubt that many investors would want to bail at .0001 for a loss when audited fins and Q1 results are due any day.
If volume is low, people say there is no interest (or no demand). If volume is high, people say it's evidence of the company dumping.
Seems like HCPC just can't win
