Yes it is speculation, but, they did put out a P.R. stating that they would give a 1 for 1 dividend of sstp for every usse share. Either the SEC or the courts will make sure that usse shareholders are paid this dividend(once sstp starts making some money). It doesn't matter if these shares come from what they get back from JS or not as long as what was promised to the shareholders is paid.
