What was the last MOU that brought in financing?

Wait...it was a pre-offer that was printed "mistakenly" as a bona fide offer.

IMO...I wonder why l.sole didnt "announce" this PR...

Seems like it would be a hugh bonus for them... They just secured 2 billion worth of "work".
