Lanzamustgo, explain to me how Lou was outvoted. His slate had a majority of the seats. Lou always maintained that the shares used by Lanza to force his slate off the board were bogus, which I believe is true. But rather than fight the battle over the bogus shares, he allowed Lanza to force him off the Board on the promiss to do the right thing. The whole story never made sense. Why not stay on the Board, fight the bogus shares and then do the investment deal. Whatever, you don't surrender the Board to a bunch of bogus shares.

Lou has been most effective at holding out hope for this company, and that has benifitted Lanza more than anyone. So go figure.
