i would also like to add my opinion to the access road which is no big deal. texas ripper was bang on when he said the ground is very hard and would only need a dirt road. i would assume they get 2 cats a d8 and for sure a d9 cat. the d9 cat for its mutipurpose usages. the only thing is the ground will certainly not be flat and will require a bit more time due to elevations. if the elevation is steep enough it could mean winding the road of course. all in all none of this really matters just throwing in my 5 cents and expecting change lol.
