NUBV never held the patent that was the core of the dispute. Nickolas' name is on the patent, thereby; he has a right to practice the technology as does Stewart (the co-inventor). The patent was issued to Enhanced Beverage, Inc which is wholly owned by Impact Beverage, Inc. taht Nickolas owns 72.75% of the stock. Nickolas and Ted have stated that to the group as fact. That is also why Steve is offering other licenses to market such as Tech Labs. That is not NUBV. NUBV is a shell ... period end of story. Steve is a hero to himself not NUBV investors. If he was the hero to you all why isn'y he communicating that clearly. Continue to believe in convulated PR if you like.
