1. The deal has not reverted to pre-merger, it is being "restructured." We do not know who is in control of the patent so don't pretend that you know unless you can prove it. All we know is XND was not bought "outright." Again do not pretend to know what is going on unless you can prove it.

2. With Obama as the front runner and less than 100 Electoral votes up for grabs (florida and michigan are not approved as of yet) saying "A RS is as likely as Hillary being the next President at this point in time" is a pretty bold statement... which you cannot support.

3. Show us where it say Zouvas owns ANY shares.

4. "The patent is now public knowledge" so what exactly are Coke and Pepsi waiting for? "...in short order"? That's fine... but we have the patent and technology - and the process - now.

You won't sell the "key" ingredient? Some one, somewhere will...

When you are ready to back up what you say with proof, we will listen to you. Until then, please take your "insiders view" somewhere else.
