I think Jim is an honest guy who has just gotten the wrong people involved at the beginning of taking UPZS to the nation. Once you have cancer it is hard to get rid of. No company ever has another company hold conference calls for them if they feel they have a choice. Clearly the cancer has gotten the upper hand. What is the cancer you may ask??

Just my opinion, but here are the facts as I see them. UFO, Dream Factory, Fountain Capital Fund and Reality CEO are all GH shell entities that were formed to make money on UPZS and promote himself and are now the cancer in the belly. Research these things. All the web sites go no place but to other GH shells and appear to be worth about zero like the quote on DRMF stock. It is a joke. Nobody wants to get on a call for UPZS and hear commercials for the GH shell game machine. On top of it, the new accountant is through GH and apparently gets paid to do nothing. UPZS can only be legit as UPZS with a normal corporate structure and won't have success until the Texas cancer is removed. Check out the sites and tab around and make up your own minds:
