1. Is it possible that the PPS is extremely undervalued at this point in time? If so, maybe not Titanic.. Just a thought, based on a hunch..
2. True, there is no solid proof that the 672M loan has closed. Perhaps I am foolish for trusting the company's web site when it says the loan has closed... Far from wishful thinking, in my opinion.. Though, I do understand the need to keep in mind the known facts. What can I say, the glass is half full for me in this case :).
3. I've made money so far from HCPC. I'd say that this shareholder is actually doing well :). Your point is taken, but I think confirmation of the 672M loan closing, coupled with the PR of the audited financials will bring the PPS up. Maybe not as high as some on this board would like, but north nonetheless. Just my opinion.
