ellismd, my only thoughts on timing based on the recent filings is that if Sammy thinks they have any chance on thier motion to compell information about IDCCs negotiations w/Nokia, then they would wait that out on hopes of having all that information, so it makes it a bet on Nokia.

I guess if that's a frivolous filing where they are only going to spanked then either could settle.

It's actually Samsung that's sitting on a ticking time bomb.
