Des has told me since October of last year that financing is not an issue. He did not tell me where the financing would come from, but that it has long been secured. Des has not lied to me about anything yet, nor has he stretched the truth. His credabilty is perfect so far with his word. The closest I could dog him is he's farther behind schedule than he anticipated, but that happens with everything in life.
Des did tell me that him and Jason had a lot of cash available to meet their short term goals.
