Weatherbill, I believe employees usually do work for a company for monetary compensation at set ammounts. If the management received a given number of shares in place of a set salary dollar amount, then you could base the share price off of dividing at those levels. Either share price or number of shares into the salary amount. I believe the information that set the share price for management at the .04 to .07 level was posted on the board last November (+ - a month). It didn't break down individual compensations, but gave the range. Sorry I can't be more specific, but maybe this will help you find the answer. GLTA LC
