You'll have to forgive me if I view your statements with some skepticism.

The major problem I'm having with your post is the idea that a company with seemingly no base of operations, only a promise of a financial backer, having fullfilled none of the required paperwork concerning the impending acquisition ( NSOL/FFI ), is being portrayed as having such significant influence on the current operations of NSOL/FFI.

IA has no standing to influences the kinds of changes changes at NSOL / FFI.

At least as far as I can see.
