Hello again,
1) there is going to be a great deal of credibility gained by the press release on Tuesday that will announce both the departure of the incompetent Herda, and the arrival of two heavy hitters to NSOL. Romano said that "chemical engineers dont make good CEOs." The fact that IA is behind these changes should make it plainly obvious to sensible people the direction this is headed in.
2) Just recovering from a 3.5 yr low with new contracts afoot, a buyout potential 6 bagger and both parties confident that the deal will go through kinda makes me not care so much about the 10Q. Like Doc, I am confident that this will come to fruition and have backed that up with 1/2 of my portfolio. However, writing stuff like IA offering up a "half a billion" in cash just leads to a letdown in the end. No one involved in this is expecting or willing to put up that kind of money. I think we can expect a generous offer though. I calculate the existing price on the table to be 1.16/share after considering that the market cap is now 88 million as opposed to 68 million when the offer was made. So nondiluted $1.5 is no longer feasible based on the 150mil buyout price.
3) The possibility exists, as in all deals for this to fall through. In that case, we get to reap the benefits for ourselves over the next few years under competent management that an anxious buyer has offered 150 mil for.

Despite the excess of bashing and whining on this board, there is nothing else to say here. Make your own decision, relax and just be patient. If you have questions or concerns ask the people who are in a position to answer them as opposed to feeding the frenzy of the rest of sharks in this tank with half-truths. I personally dont think many of you deserve to make squat in this. I think NSOLman is right, that this board has done a lot of damage to this stock and company and thereby cut off all of our noses. Filling in unknowns with hysteria is not a sound investing strategy, nor is being puppeteered by bashers. I have done my own research and shared SOME of the information I have gleaned, most of which is already out there. Hope it is helpful
