Just trying to add some things up, but may be unclear on something posted here earlier.......
If I read correctly, mining companies must show they have actually struck something legit or else actually be drilling in order to keep their claim?(don't know if I said that right?)....anyway, I wonder if that's why they would be drilling a hole that was previously drilled? To cover themselves on some requirement? Totally speculating here.
