If it goes back to dormant shell status under a penny, that is the down side. It was under a penny when it was a inactive shell and now if it becomes a dormant shell again the only difference is there have been a few S-8's thrown into the mix.

With trading you must conquer your emotions and be very disciplined about your goals.
