It's time for him to move to something else.
He should stop working on his product because Huppe says so?
He lost the battle and the war on this one but he still has enough sense to aim at something else that is probably more worthwhile to him.

In his opinion, obviously is he is not wasting his money. He believes, and I'll
state publicly that I agree, that he will not lose. Every time I see this posted
I wonder why he would end up in jail. What exactly, in your opinion, has he done
that would cause him to end up in jail, so to speak? What is the crime he should
be charged with?
