since you have some rapport already established with IHUB perhaps you coould suggest the following as they build out the site.

1. A spell checker
2. a files area for the chairman to leave important documents for the public such as your essay on convertible debentures or BTS. this would make such information easier for newbies to find and for the forgetful to reread.
3. when writing a post have it open a bew browser window automatically. I do this anyway and no other message service does this. It makes it easier to quote research and such.
