seamless roaming between different technologies is interesting, but Calypso is miles away from the commercial market. Companies like Birdstep, Secgo, Ipunplugged and Ecutel all have products which have been tested by major companies for a couple of years. These companies are ready for a commercial market in the near future, Calypso doesn`t even have a finished product. Calypso doesn`t have a lot of money to spend on product development and they don`t have backing from major players! The companiies I`ve mentiond have all of the above! Birdstep is the leading player as of this date with a commercial product, solid cash position and a lot of contracts in 2004! I can`t say that i find ASNAP that interesting either, they don`t specify anythin that Birdstep don`t have! Birdstep can easily manage 11 000 kpbs, Birdstep can roam Seamlessly between GRPS, GSM, EDGE, 3G, Bluetooth and so on! So how can Calypso compete with Birdstep? They don`t have the cash, partners or anyting special with their technology! I`m sorry you guys but Calypso seams like fraud! Zero income in 4Q, thats not good at all!
