The company informed me that they needed to quickly raise money to repair one of its machines that had gotten severely low on cryogenics. I’m sure you are aware that sometimes in business things happen unexpectedly. In this situation the company did not have the cash on hand to make the repairs in a timely fashion. The stock, even with the additional shares, is still considered a value investment. Keeping equipment up and operational trumps all market conditions as it is a source of revenue and what keeps the company viable.
