Nobody is going to buy the company because the company is not for sale!! Mr. Lanza and his family would be stupid to sell this cash cow (and they are not stupid by any means whatsoever, more like brilliant) and any sane purchaser would require the overrides to be quitclaimed/released as one of the primary stipulations in the Purchase and Sell Agreement. It would be a deal breaker if the overrides remained.
