Just wondering, but how can we know for sure if they lied to investors again when the end of May hasn't arrived yet?

Also, I believe (although I could be wrong) that the 2.7 billion shares were issued because HCPC encountered difficulties with the ailing credit market at the time, and the closing of its first two initial loans required additional funds, which were probably raised through the issuance of that stock.

We'll see what happens!
