Level 2 problems

I have been having problems with my etrade pro screens they are behind on time and sales etc.

I am a MCSE and a CCNA and I have tried everything I could think of.


I am running a cable modem also tried a diffent Isp 768k DSL( I dont know what the requiremens are for Level 2s.

I have tried different computers systems , firewalls , antivirus software ,etc.

Nothing I have tried has helped this is so frustrating ... it has been going on since Dec.

My computer friends have no idea since they do not trade and have no idea about trading platforms.

I have also contacted etrade to no avail.


Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
