$5.7M contract?!?
i'm familiar w/the $350M K awarded to NG as awk's support for the 04/13/04 12M share P&D. BIO-Key is a direct participant in the DCIS initiative as their 9/3/04 PR represented & IMO biometrics are in the economic sweet-spot right now & TC will take some time to develop.
where you came up w/this $5.7M claim is completely unknown to me & presumably to the market as well -- please direct me to whatever documentation exists to support the claim that Wave has a K w/a near $6M rev oppty:

not sure what "...associated w/that award..." is supposed to mean -- sounds like Spraguespeak IMO.
don't intend to be unreasonably demanding in my request for support of this claim, but haven't seen diddly which even comes close to what you purported. it would seem logical that if it were true, that Wave would be shouting it from the rooftops, especially as the tank is almost empty & they need to hype the stock for the $25M offering/s.
if you have time, please provide support.
if not, well, color me unconvinced.
