It is very possible that the abilities of text box of the Investorshub page DO NOT INCLUDE Tab.

To satisfy yourself of that, start a response and type a few words then use the tab key. You will see that it does not put a separation between words. In fact it takes the focus outside the text window.

Whether a text window does tab in the conventional sense is a programmable feature. Apparently the designer either forgot to employ it, or chose not to.
