imo the main driver for dahlman and rose's estimates is the rig count,they also use many more drivers from the industry to get a feel for overall perfomance for that sector , they also meet with the companys they cover and cover future expectations -but all in all they speculate on what a particular company might do based on the growth of that sector as well,given the fact that dpdw increased revenues by 200% from q-1-07 to q-1-08 i would say the key factor here is the growth in itself. which imo was the analysts consensus when they forecasted a rev increase at 8+ million dollars .

again , its imo that what we should focus on is the growth itself and the growth to come
