All - Is it not conceivable that NASDAQ would grant Wave an

extension to the compliance requirements? As an example, this company (BRLC) has NOT filed their 10Q for Dec. '07
and they got and extension to their delisting until July '08! Their notice of delisting was issued Feb. 28 '08.
