Here's a good example: First they told shareholders that 35% of revenues from closings would be used for share buyback. They TOLD investors this. Investors make buying decisions based upon what companies tell them. THEN they PR'd that UP TO 35% of revenues would be used for BB. Now any dummy knows that up to 35% can mean anything from 1% to 35%. That's just blatant BS and you know it.
