Good question trustc,

Maybe you've overlooked my recent posts speculating about where the cash might be coming from. I am sure that everyone here is anxiously awaiting the huge flood of revenue that will come from sales of ERAS, and in the meantime not paying much attention to the growth in revenues the company may be experiencing on the consulting and development side of the business. Thanks to unclevername, she has posted the transcript of the CC on her site, Steven strongly alluded to this during the CC when responding to Cangialosi:

SKS: The company is at about 130 people today. Predominant growth has been in both the sales and engineering teams, and both in support of real customer accounts. Some of those engineers have been directly paid for by other organizations where we are doing work on a non-recurring engineering basis. And a ton of it is based on the fact that we agreed to build a broad additional set of features into the Dell product line for this new year's shipments, which is why they're paying us more copy. So we've had the resources in place to support that, and that was a dramatic increase in pricing. We've said before it's a growth of almost 80% in our transaction per unit, that we get a little more than fifty cents now per unit.
