I am glad I listened to the conference call because Steven explained how the Pilot Program works. He said they send two laptops to the prospective customer. One is configured as a client and the other as a server. The customer can simulate how to setup and use the Wave products without threatening the integrity of their own system. If they make any mistakes, they have a restore disk and just can just start over. What a great sales tool. That should really lower a customer's Resistance to trying the product.
